Ordering & Payments 

Payment terms are pro-forma.
Payment may be made by credit card, cheque or direct deposit, prior to delivery.
Les Interieurs reserves the right to change its trading terms.
All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST and freight.
We do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, your sole recourse is cancellation of your order.
Please ensure you have filled in the correct postal address, the receiver’s name, contact phone number and email address. Most importantly, for larger purchases, please note any delivery access difficulties the couriers will encounter. i.e. fourth floor, narrow stairs.

Pricing & Delivery

Prices may change without notification.
Delivery will be made within 90 days where no unforeseen delays in manufacture or shipping occur. Les Interieurs provides delivery dates in good faith and is not responsible for such unforeseen delays.
Once you have placed your order we will be in touch to advise you of the estimated Delivery Date.
If your items are not delivered within the specified time frame, please email info@lesinterieurs.com.au so we may track your order.

Property of Goods

The goods remain the property of Les Interieurs until they have been paid for in full.
Risk for the goods passes to the purchaser on delivery.
Les Interieurs is authorized to take possession of any goods in which it has title, to the value of the overdue amount.
The customer authorizes Les Interieurs employees to enter its premises to repossess goods not paid for.

Returns

At Les Interieurs, we want you to be pleased with your purchase.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange or credit your purchase within 7 days of your original purchase.

No exchanges or refunds are given on any layby orders or custom made merchandise.

Unfortunately we cannot exchange or replace sale merchandise. All sale items are final.

Product Descriptions

We attempt to describe our products offered as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the website are 100% accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product offered by us and purchased by you is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition for a conforming replacement, refund or credit.

We are not liable for any financial damage (including but not limited to the cost of any replacement purchase) that may occur because of non-timely arrival or any lack of availability or conformity of the product.
